At CherryTree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your CherryTree account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
